Made similar to the wines from Ribera del Duero, this Tempranillo enchants upon opening the bottle. The aroma of ripe red fruits intermingles with subtle hints of oak and spices, evoking a sense of nostalgia and refinement. Hand picked and partially de-stemmed has created well-balanced tannins that have added structure and longevity to this wine, allowing it to age so well. Cold soaking the grapes for 3 days has produced a full-bodied character offering a rich and deep purple hue. Undergoing wild fermentation and delaying malolactic fermentation has elevated the terroir, releasing a symphony of flavours that dance on your tastebuds. Eighteen months in old French oak has imparted a unique character to the final product.
